What we do...

Understanding the claim process...

Upon filing a claim with an insurance company, the insurer sends a Claim Service Representative or “adjuster” to evaluate or “adjust” the damage to the policyholder’s property. These representatives may be either employed directly by the insurance company, or by an independent adjusting company in business with the insurance company and often, with multiple insurance companies simultaneously. Regardless of the situation, the bottom line is the adjuster is operating on behalf of the insurer and they are obligated to protect the interest of the insurance company they represent when dealing with claimants.

The difference DCA makes....

Dealer Claim Assistance, LLC (DCA) works exclusively for the policyholder. This means there is no inherent conflict of interest when it comes to advocating on the policyholder’s behalf to the insurance company. Dealers who utilize DCA can expect to receive a 50-100% higher return on their claims compared to dealers who don’t.
